By accessing cogniconnect.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are invitations to discuss a possible engagement; they do not create a client relationship until a written outline is accepted.
Services described
Descriptions of payroll compliance reviews, fees, and processes are informational. Scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined only in a signed or accepted engagement outline issued by CogniConnect Digital.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and graphics originated by CogniConnect Digital, remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Client reports delivered under an engagement are governed by that engagement’s terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site by attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or submit false or abusive enquiries. We may restrict access where misuse is detected.
Disclaimer
The site does not provide legal, tax, or statutory filing advice. Findings in a paid review are professional observations based on information you supply and access you grant; they are not a substitute for licensed audit opinions or legal counsel.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, CogniConnect Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability limits are set in the engagement outline.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum agreed in an engagement outline.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
