Why we exist
Payroll mistakes rarely announce themselves on a single payslip. They hide in application rule tables, mid-year salary structures, and journal mappings that nobody re-checks until an auditor asks. CogniConnect Digital was formed to give Malaysian employers an independent review of those layers — app analytics and financial audit applications included — without selling them another system.
Where we work from
Our office is at Level 9, 51 Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, Selangor 47500. Much of the fieldwork happens remotely over secured sessions; when sample packs or sensitive employee files should remain on site, we schedule days in the Klang Valley and travel further by arrangement.
Who you meet
Review leads come from payroll operations, internal audit, and finance systems backgrounds. Engagements are staffed so that one named lead owns the findings narrative from intake through the workshop — you are not handed between anonymous “pods.”
How we relate to clients
We write for practitioners who already own the payroll calendar: clear observations, cited samples, and remediation that respects your application constraints. We decline work that would require us to file statutory returns or act as your external auditor; those roles belong to licensed parties you appoint separately.
